Excellence in Truck Parking award

Welcome to the official page of the Excellence in Truck Parking Award, proudly presented by ESPORG (the European Secure Parking Organisation). As champions of safety and quality in truck parking, we are thrilled to launch our 2024-2025 Award, dedicated to recognizing the finest truck parking facilities across Europe.

What’s the Aim?

Our mission is clear: to elevate the standards of safety, security, and service in truck parking areas. By celebrating excellence and sharing best practices, we aspire to make the trucking profession more appealing to a diverse audience, including the next generation of drivers and women seeking careers in this vital industry.

Who Can Apply?

We invite public and private truck parking operators, as well as road transport companies with audited facilities meeting the EU-Parking Standard (Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum), to showcase their commitment to service excellence. Awards will be granted in two categories: smaller parking areas (up to 50 spaces) and larger ones (over 50 spaces). Additionally, we will honor those who demonstrate outstanding green practices with the Green Truck Parking Management Award.

Winners will enjoy a host of benefits, including:

  • Promotion of innovative practices through ESPORG’s wide-reaching network.
  • The right to proudly display the official Award logo on their websites and promotional materials.

Criteria for Assessment

Our international jury will evaluate candidates based on four key areas:

  • Comfort and Health
  • Mobility and Connectivity
  • Environmental Friendliness
  • Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction

For those aiming for the Green Truck Parking Award, additional criteria focused on sustainability and environmental impact will apply.

How to apply?

Ready to put your facility in the spotlight? Prepare a detailed dossier in English, showcasing your achievements and contributions to quality truck parking. Dossiers must be submitted by 7 February 2025, either by post to ESPORG, Avenue de Cortenbergh 52, 1000 Brussels, Belgium, electronically to info@esporg.eu, or using our online submission form
