Secure Park Spinea is a dedicated truck parking area located outside the A4 motorway at the Spinea exit (km 380+400), accessible from both the motorway and the ordinary road network. It is reserved exclusively for heavy goods vehicles to support mandatory rest periods under EU Regulation 561/2006. The facility is open 24/7 year-round, fully fenced and video-monitored, and can accommodate up to 10 trucks with a maximum stay of 3 consecutive days. Access is free and restricted to non-ADR heavy vehicles. Available services include free Wi-Fi, sanitary facilities with hot showers (for men, women, and disabled users), a rest/refreshment area with vending machines, and continuous security monitoring.

- Clear signs shall be provided in order to ensure safe traffic movement at the parking facility.
