Parking Lario Tir is our daytime and overnight parking area for trucks arriving from all over Italy and Europe. We are located just 5 km from the Swiss border, next to the A9 motorway, and only 500 meters from the Como Centro exit, making us the last parking point in Italy. Our strategic location places us just 25 km from Milan.
The area is equipped with restrooms, showers (available for an additional fee, including electronic payment), a self-service coin/POS-operated laundry (available for an additional fee, including electronic payment), area Wi-Fi and a restaurant. Parking Lario Tir provides 24-hour video surveillance with license plate recognition at both entry and exit.
Our parking facility is secure thanks to the presence of armed security personnel on site and regular patrol services.
The LARIO TIR logistics platform is connected to the CENTRO TIR (an area where export customs clearance, T2 procedures, and import operations can be carried out, with our own freight forwarding office, ComoDocks – www.comodocks.com ). It is managed in collaboration with the Traffic Police to organize safe and suitable parking for heavy vehicles and to prevent road and motorway congestion during holidays and on weekdays when the Swiss commercial border is closed (from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
The combined capacity of the two areas is 220 vehicles, with a separate section dedicated to refrigerated trucks to ensure better rest for all drivers. By 2026, expansion works will be completed, adding 60 more parking spaces and renovating all relaxation areas.
Parking services can be paid via enabled Telepass devices, DKV and UTA cards, or electronic payments by credit card.

- Emergency contacts shall be displayed at the parking facility at least in the national official language and in English. They shall be supported by easily understandable pictograms.
